Role Overview

Are you an experienced accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Join our Shared Services Center as an AP/AR Accountant, where you'll play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process requests to create or modify vendor master data.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor records, including contact details, bank account numbers, and tax information.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve queries related to master data and invoices.
• Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts for accuracy.
• Code invoices with the correct account.
• Manage supplier payments, including processing and preparing manual payments.
• Issue invoices and credit notes.
• Apply received payments to open invoices and liaise with customers regarding discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial analyses.
• Provide necessary documentation for audits and internal controls.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Previous experience in accounting, preferably in AP/AR or master data management.
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English (German is a plus!).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate results on time.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
