Role Overview
As a strong brand in the HVAC market, we aim to further expand our leading position. To support this growth, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist our Poland & Balkans businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local marketing plans tailored to Poland and the Balkans to drive business growth, utilizing all online and offline tactics (content adaptation, website management, newsletters, social media, paid advertising, PR, print, trade marketing, e-shop) in alignment with budget and timelines set by the Head of Sales.
- Digital Marketing:
o Manage and update the Polish & Balkans website with relevant content.
o Lead ad placements, including SEO/SEA keyword research and performance analysis.
o Implement localized marketing automation journeys in the Pardot platform.
o Oversee local social media channels, including content creation and community management.
- Prepare regular performance reports, track key KPIs, and manage the marketing budget.
- Organize customer events, trainings, webinars, and local exhibitions.
- Build strong relationships with top customers and define joint marketing plans.
- Channel Marketing:
o Drive wholesaler communication and trade media initiatives.
o Develop eCommerce marketing strategies with wholesaler eShops.
- Be proactive & supportive to local sales team, by increasing brand awareness, by driving leads and educating customers.
- Implement the new marketing automation platform (Pardot) locally.
Critical Competencies for Success
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns and communications, ideally in field marketing within an international company.
- Strong consultative marketing approach to engage effectively with sales teams and channel partners (wholesalers).
- Customer-focused, with trade marketing and eCommerce experience required.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects independently while being a strong team player.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Fluent in Polish (native) and good command of English (B2 minimum) (must-have).
- Ability to travel to our sales sites as needed (customer visits, events).
- Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is highly preferred.
