Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Accountant with German language skills to join our IMI Business Service Center in Olkusz. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start a career in finance and accounting, in an international environment. Prior experience is nice to have but not required - just a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, friendly team, providing you with support and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Processing supplier invoices and queries in accordance with company procedures
• Supporting supplier master data change requests to ensure its reality and accuracy
• Contacting with German speaking suppliers via phone calls and e-mails in order to confirm their master data or to assist in resolving issues
• Performing other duties (i.e. posting journal entries, processing T&E, preparing payments) depending on the current needs
• Preparing analysis and reconciliations
   

Qualifications:

• Fluent German and English, B2 level required (both written and spoken)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Any exposure to finance, accounting, or administrative roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
